UK delivery
UK delivery is free on every order. We send by APC courier, tracked, and email you the tracking number once your order is on its way.
International delivery
We ship worldwide at a flat rate per order:
- Europe: £55
- USA: £65
- Canada: £100 (we recommend buying through our Canadian distributor, Pet Tech Solutions)
- Rest of the world: £100
Orders delivered outside the UK are charged without UK VAT. Import duties, local taxes and customs fees in your country are your responsibility.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1 to 2 working days of payment. If anything is not in stock, we will tell you the expected date before we take your order further.
Returns
If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See section 6 of our Terms & Conditions for how. Items must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible on 020 3972 2270 or info@vetimagesolutions.co.uk, with photos if you can. We will put it right.
